Announcing the Seventh Annual
Afterlife Awareness Conference
Portland, OR. June 1-4, 2017
If you have ever asked the question, "Is there an afterlife?"
then you'll want to join us in Portland this year
to learn from the world's leading experts in afterlife research,
near death experience, deathbed visions and end-of-life care.
Here at the world headquarters of Amalgamated Afterlife International, we're finalizing plans for our seventh annual Afterlife Awareness Conference, and the 2017 web page should be ready by mid-September. As a subscriber, you'll receive advance notice when registration opens, which enables you to take advantage of our earlybird prices (a $50 discount). For a sneak peek at our 2017 lineup of presenters and events, click HERE.
In other news, as some of you know, I just returned from a multi-city speaking tour through Colorado and Utah, where I conducted my Grief as a Mystical Journey workshop, and also trained hospice workers in how to have Interfaith Conversations with the Dying and the Bereaved. I met many fantastic people along the way, and I offer special thanks to the friends and supporters who helped make these events successful.
One of my discoveries in Utah was a great little resource for interfaith spiritual practitioners called The Interfaith Marketplace. And in Colorado I became familiar with the Colorado End-of-Life Options Act, a movement that recently got physician-assisted death onto the November ballot (you'll find an article about this below).
Finally, many thanks to those of you who completed last month's survey about your satisfaction with The Afterlife Advocate newsletter. According to your feedback, we're doing a great job! If you'd like to see the survey results, you'll find them HERE.
